Our 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Try the VYRON Ring for 30 nights from the day your order is delivered. If you don't feel a difference, email us at contact@vyron.com with your order number and we refund you in full. No conditions, no questions.
You don't need to send anything back. The VYRON Ring is an intimate product: once used, it can't be resold, and we will never ask you to ship a used ring back to us.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first order placed on our website, once per customer.
- Every item in that order: rings, kits, lubricant, sprays and the Confidence Playbook.
- Requests sent within 30 nights of delivery.
Unopened items
Changed your mind before opening? Email us within 30 days of delivery (this includes your 14-day right of withdrawal if you live in the EU or UK) and we'll send you the return instructions. Once we receive the unopened item, we refund you in full.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If something arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Free gifts included with an offer are not refunded separately.
Cancellations
Want to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
