Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Norway and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping options and costs
- Free Shipping: free on every order, to every country above.
- Express (United States only): $15.00, shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in your local currency. For orders outside the United States, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country; when they are collected at checkout, you won't pay anything more on delivery.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days to the United States and 7 to 15 business days to other countries. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain box: no logo, no product name and no description of what is inside. The sender name on the label is neutral.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at contact@vyron.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if the parcel is lost.
